I am a business entrepreneur, a wife, a mother, a daughter, and also being me. “My life as an ox” was how I always described myself. I “keep going”, no matter what I do and without necessarily seeing the results. I persist.

Diligence, being able to work under pressure, always deliver on time with high quality results were some nice compliments I received along my career life. My 24 hours was basically split 50/50 between home and work. Not until at a later time, I was able to spare some time for my personal interest.

I studied gemology and mineralogy as I was fascinated by the beauty of the nature. I moved further to learn silversmithing so as to set the beautiful colored gems into jewellery. I love doing things with my hands. I also practice kintsugi (ceramic repair), and I enjoy knitting and crocheting when I have a couple of hours watching a movie at home.

One day, I learned that I had cancer, a pretty serious case oh dear. I went through chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and two surgeries. I am now under the care supervision of my Chinese medicine doctor, my oncologist and many other angels around me giving me their professional support.

Cancer has completely changed my life, for the better I would say now. To regain my health, the mode of working has changed, I spend minimal time at work; my daily routine has changed, I go to bed early and exercise regularly; my diet has changed, gluten free, meat free and sugar free; my attitude for life has changed, cancer has led me to res-establish a new mission to accomplish!
