“You are not sick because you have cancer, you have cancer because you are sick”
~ Dr Lorraine Day~
Cancer as a disease is caused by a deep change of the biological conditions of our bodies. There are many factors that cause healthy cells to transform into cancer cells and create a cancerous field that cause mutations of the cellular gens and block the body’s natural immune defence against cancer.
So what are these factors?
In fact, 70-95% of cancers are caused by diet and lifestyle, environmental factors, and stress.
Diet & Lifestype
- Nutrition is the foundation of health. Poor diet and imbalanced diet give rise to nutritional deficiencies, inflammation of digestive tracts.
- Overeating, alcohol, smoking, too little exercise, late night sleep is common phenomenon of urban life.
- Obesity leads to chronic diseases, weakens the body and creates an environment for cancer growth.
- Extra body fat produces excess hormones which can promote inflammation and fuel cancer.
- Unhealthy diet and lifestyle choices create an environment where cancer can grow.
Environmental Factor
We live in a world full of toxic chemicals – household chemicals, drinking water which contains chlorine and fluoride, incense, candles, hairspray, cosmetics, skin care and more. Some of them are known carcinogens. We are being bombarded with cancer causing industrial chemicals.
Stress
Unforgiveness, negativity, unhappiness, fear, people, insomnia leading to suppression of immune functions and weakening of immune system. These create an environment cancer could grow.
Cancer is a symptom
Cancer is actually a symptom of a way of living that is making us ill. Only when we take big steps for a deep and effective change of these cancer-causing factors can reverse the cancerous field and activate our immune defence against cancer. Jobs, partners, diets, exercise, friends, beliefs, sunshine all need to be evaluated and added or discarded so as to get back our peace and joy.
What have I learned
- Cancer is the result of a lot of health destroying factors exist in my life that persist for a long period of time – for many years – that break me down and make me sick.
- By learning and taking action, we can identity and remove many of these factors. The more I can reduce my body’s toxic load, the better chance I have to heal cancer.
- The way I was living was unhealthy. I have to, not others, empower myself to change my life, and to remove these cancer-causing factors, so that my risk of recurrence or dying from cancer can be greatly reduced just by my choices.
